Returns & refunds
We do everything we can to offer you a simple, worry-free shopping experience. If the box doesn't suit you, here's the procedure.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know you wish to return the product, without having to justify your decision.
How to return your box
1. Write to us at hello@mydopplo.com stating your name, the email used for your order, and the reason for the return.
2. We confirm the return address and procedure within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Send back the complete box, in its original packaging and in resalable condition, with all its accessories.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. For hygiene reasons, opened gel tubes cannot be returned.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days, to the payment method used for the order.
Defective product
If your device has a defect, contact us at hello@mydopplo.com with a description and, if possible, a photo or video. We will arrange an exchange or refund, with return shipping covered, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
Purchases made via a marketplace
If you purchased your box on a partner platform, returns and refunds are handled according to that platform's own terms, from your customer account.
