Delivery

Available delivery methods

• Pickup point: free delivery. You choose your pickup point directly in the cart, when ordering.
• Home delivery: 5.99 € incl. tax, added automatically to your order total.

* Free delivery applies to pickup points in mainland France only. Home delivery is available at a flat rate of 5.99 € incl. tax.

Dispatch and delivery times

Confirmed orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days in mainland France.

Pickup-point delivery terms

The parcel is dropped off at the pickup point you selected when ordering. You are notified by email or SMS as soon as it is available and usually have 10 to 14 days to collect it with photo ID. After that, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Home delivery terms

Home delivery is made against signature, Monday to Friday, at the address given when ordering. If you are away, a delivery notice lets you collect the parcel at the pickup location indicated by the carrier. Please check that your address and phone number are correct before confirming your order.

Destinations outside mainland France

For Corsica, French overseas territories or a destination outside France, write to us at hello@mydopplo.com : we will provide the applicable terms and timelines before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. It lets you follow your parcel until delivery.

Packaging

The DOPPLO® box is shipped in discreet outer packaging protecting the gift box, so it stays intact if intended as a gift.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel is damaged, refuse delivery or note your reservations with the carrier, then contact us at hello@mydopplo.com. If your parcel has not arrived within the announced timeframe, write to us: we will open an inquiry with the carrier and reply within 24 to 48 hours.
