Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the distance sale of the DOPPLO® box (prenatal listening fetal doppler and its accessories). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Product

The DOPPLO® box includes the DOPPLO® device, its probe, a rigid case, 2 tubes of contact gel (60 ml total), 2 AA 1.5V batteries, earphones, the multilingual user manual, and a free pregnancy bola. Photographs are as accurate as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment regarding colour shades.

DOPPLO® is intended for personal and family use at home. It does not replace medical consultations or care provided by a healthcare professional (midwife, doctor, gynaecologist) and does not provide any interpretation of baby's health.

3. Price

The box costs 79.90 € incl. tax, with free pickup-point delivery in mainland France. Prices include all taxes and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

* Free delivery applies to pickup points in mainland France only. Home delivery is available at a flat rate of 5.99 € incl. tax.

4. Order

Orders are placed from the Cart page of the website. After receiving your details, customer care sends you confirmation and a secure payment link within 24 business hours. The sale is finalised upon receipt of payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made via a secure payment method provided when the order is confirmed. No banking data is stored on the website.

6. Delivery

Two delivery options are available in mainland France: free pickup-point delivery and home delivery at a flat rate of 5.99 € incl. tax.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, with tracked delivery. Detailed terms are available on the Delivery page. In case of delay, contact us at hello@mydopplo.com.

7. Right of withdrawal

Conformément aux articles L221-18 et suivants du Code de la consommation, vous disposez d'un délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception du produit pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans justification. Le produit peut être retourné dans ce délai lorsqu'il est renvoyé dans son état d'origine, complet, avec l'ensemble de ses accessoires, de son coffret, de ses éléments fournis et de son emballage d'origine. Il ne doit présenter aucune dégradation ni aucune trace d'utilisation allant au-delà de ce qui est nécessaire pour en vérifier la nature, les caractéristiques et le bon fonctionnement. Pour des raisons d'hygiène, les tubes de gel descellés ne peuvent être repris. Toute demande de retour est traitée conformément aux dispositions légales françaises en vigueur. 8. Warranties

The product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability

GOODXPORT shall not be held liable for improper use of the product, misinterpretation of sounds heard, or any indirect damage related to the use of the website or the product.

10. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to hello@mydopplo.com before any legal action. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
